How it works

A clear, four-step evaluation

Every evaluation follows the same structured, evidence-based process, so you know what to expect at each stage.

  1. Consultation & history

We learn the background: development, school or work, health, and the questions you need answered.

  2. Testing day

An all-day, in-person session of validated neuropsychological tests at our Lexington Avenue office.

  3. Feedback session

In person or by video, we walk through the findings, the strengths and the challenges.

  4. Written report

A detailed report with practical recommendations for home, school, clinicians or the court.

Why families and attorneys choose Aspyre

Grounded in the data, not assumptions

  • Validated testing instruments recognized in clinical, school and legal settings
  • Strengths-based: not only where someone struggles, but how to build on what they do well
  • Recommendations drawn from peer-reviewed research, including Dr. Tutty's own clinical trials
  • Reports written to be used: by parents, teachers, physicians, therapists and courts
  • Typical turnaround of 2–3 weeks from testing to final report
